Hillcrest CityFest is an annual celebration stretched along three blocks of funky Fifth Avenue The summer festival features over 250 arts and crafts vendors, live music, dancing, face-painting, performances, lantern-making, merrymaking, games, food, a beer garden, and more. The artzy event is expected to draw over 150,000 people.
