Santee's Wine and Bluegrass Festival will take place at Town Center Community Park East. The event will feature live bluegrass music, wine and beer tasting, food sampling, and a silent auction. No one under 21 years of age, including babies, are allowed.

Nearly two dozen restaurants and caterers are expected to set up around the festival area.

The event will raised funds for the Sante Parks and Recreation Department's Voucher Incentive Program, which provides financial assistance to qualifying Santee families wishing to take part in recreation programs. Some of the money will also go to maintaining and improving city parks and other recreation facilities.
