Chocolate Festival Highlights
The annual Escondido Chocoloate Festival will take place on Valentine's Day on
historic Grand Ave in
Escondido's downtown district. Stroll along the "Sweet Street" and find a wide variety of special holiday themed activities, special chocolate treats, gifts, and even chocolate infused beauty treatments, offered by participating local shops, spas, galleries, museums and restaurants.
Activities and delights will include the Champagne Garden, horse and carriage rides, sweetheart scavenger hunt, handmade valentines, chocolate fountain, and much more.
Also enjoy live music in the Champagne Garden, as well as wine, champagne and locally brewed beer in the garden and other numerous locations.
Admission to Sweet Street and the Champagne Garden is free. There is a $20 admission for sampling ten beer/wine and chocolate pairings.
The chocolate celebration is sponsored by the Downtown Business Association in Escondido.
