500 meter swim, 20K bike, 6K run

The swim is a 500 meter swim in the Silver Strand State Beach Bay. The swim will be a calm bay swim. The water temperature will be approximately 58 degrees. Wetsuits are recommended. The bike course will be a flat and fast 20K bike course that will consist of one loop on Hwy 75. Safety helmets are required for the bike portion of the race. The run course is an approximate 6K course on a dirt trail. The run will be composed of one out and back loop.

Superseal V Triathlon

1500 meter swim, 40K bike, 10K run

Just like the evolution of Frogmen into SEALS, the SUPERSEAL was evolved into an International distance course that will take all you can give and ask for more. The swim is a 1,500 meter swim in the Silver Strand State Beach Bay. The swim will be a calm bay swim. The water temperature will be approximately 58 degrees. Wetsuits are recommended. The bike course will be a flat and fast 40K bike course that will consist of two loops on Hwy 75. Safety helmets are required for the bike portion of the race. The run course is a 10K course on a dirt trail. The run will be composed of one out and back loop.

Directions Silver Strand State Beach
From North: Take I-5 South to Coronado Bay Bridge. Go West on Coronado Bay Bridge to Orange Avenue, Turn left on Orange Avenue, Head South onto HWY 75. Silver Strand State Beach will be approximately 5 miles down on the right hand side.

From South: Take I-5 North to Hwy 75/Palm Ave (Exit 5A). Go West on Palm Ave to Silver Strand Blvd (Hwy 75). Head north on Hwy 75 to the Silver Strand State Beach located across from Coronado Cays. Turn left into beach parking lot.
