From MainStreet Oceanside — Oceanside is changing the face of OFest this year. Take a peek at how your city is making this year's OFest a safe, family-friendly and festive event for all. Look at the map and see how the Strand and its surrounding areas will be affected this year. Below you will find information on the changes, activities, services and public safety reminders.
OFest activities begin at 10 am on July 4th, Please review the road and parking closures to determine the best way for you and your family to get to the event and enjoy a great day at the beach!
Pier Plaza: Under the Pier – Retail shopping and food starting at 10 am. Shop, eat and enjoy the fun!
Seagaze Food Court: Betty’s lot – Main food court starting at 10 am in the Strand parking lot at the bottom of Seagaze Drive. Over 15 international food fare items to meet everyone’s needs, main dishes, desserts, and drinks.
Oceanview Food Court: Tyson’s Park – Satellite food court starting at 10 am adjacent to the Kid’s Beachscene at Tyson’s Park. Scrumptious choice menus for all.
Seaside Shopping: Amphitheater – Main retail area starting at 10 am. Browse this year’s booths providing all of your beach needs for sun and fun; beach equipment, hats, sunglasses, clothing, sandals, sunscreen and more.
Kid’s Beachscene: Tyson’s Park – FREE children’s activity area starting at 2 pm. Families are invited to enjoy a free interactive game and craft area with their children. Interactive games, arts and crafts, face painting, balloon art & animals, and a bubble station.
Amphitheater – Pier Side Nights: South side of the Pier
Live entertainment starting at 2 pm. Enjoy free music and entertainment with four great musical groups performing throughout the day. The music starts flowing at 2 pm. Be sure to grab one of the est seats in the house!
Nearby Attractions: Oceanside Downtown, Oceanside Harbor, Oceanside Pier, Harbor Beach, and Harbor Beach Campground.
