	Outdoor Ice Skating By the Sea At Hotel Del November 23 - December 16, 2011 (closed December 14) Hotel Del Coronado, Coronado, CA The Hotel Del celebrates the sixth season of Skating by the Sea, an outdoor ice-skating rink overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The oceanfront Windsor Lawn will be transformed into a spectacular ice rink with skating sessions offered daily.
	Holiday of Lights - Del Mar November 24, 2011 - January 1, 2012 Del Mar Fairgrounds The Holiday of Lights at the Del Mar Fairgrounds is a spectacular drive-through light show and exhibit, themed for the holiday season, with more than 400 crowd-pleasing, family-oriented displays.
	El Cajon Light Up the Holidays Throughout December 2011 Main Street and Magnolia Ave, Downtown During December, retail stores in downtown El Cajon will decorate their windows and store fronts with festive holiday displays. People are invited to visit these stores and restaurants during the month.
	Coronado Holiday Parade, Open House, and Snow Mountain December 2, 2011 Coronado, different locations Coronado holiday festivities include the downtown holiday parade and open house, holiday concerts, and Ferry Landing Snow Mountain and Santa.
	Lemon Grove Community Bonfire December 2, 2011 Civic Center Park , 3200 Main Street Lemon Grove's annual Community Bonfire celebrates the holiday season with horse-drawn wagon rides, craft vendor booths, face painting, game booths, live music, free refreshments, and a huge bonfire.

	Chula Vista Starlight Parade December 3, 2011, 6 pm Third Avenue, between H and E Streets The Chula Vista Starlight Parade is the largest nighttime parade in the South County, with over 5000 participants each year. Special features will include carolers, delightfully decorated floats, local school marching bands, and, of course, Santa Claus!
	Encinitas Holiday Parade December 3, 2011 Downtown Encinitas The parade will include floats, marching bands and children's groups. Festivities will begin with a Tree Lighting Ceremony before the Parade starts. Tens of thousands of people are expected to turn out to watch over 90 entries participate.
	Little Italy Tree Lighting & Christmas Village December 3, 2011 Corner of India & Date Streets The Little Italy Tree Lighting & Christmas Village will be held at the Piazza Natale on the corner of India & Date Streets.We are expecting a surprise guest, along with the music, Italian cookies, cider and coffee we will be provided.
	North Park Toyland Parade and Holiday Fair December 3, 2011 Parade: University Avenue between Utah and Iowa Streets Holiday Fair: 2891 University Ave The North Park Toyland Parade will feature marching bands, beauty queens, vintage cars, dance groups, city officials and Santa Claus, who will be atop the red sleigh. The North Park Holiday Fair will provide fun and creative, educational activities for children and families.
	Ocean Beach Holiday Parade & Christmas Tree Festival December 3, 2011 Newport Ave and Abbott Street The Ocean Beach Holiday Parade will kick off with a 60-foot tree lighting ceremony hosted by Santa Claus and include marching bands, floats, antique cars, and surfers. Also, a small festival will feature a craft fair and festive entertainment.
	South Park Holiday Walkabout December 3, 2011 30th St./Fern St. corridor, from Juniper to Beech Streets Shops throughout South Park open late, with trees and windows festively lit for the holiday season. Enjoy music, refreshments, specials and surprises in the independently-owned South Park boutiques, galleries, cafes and taverns.

	La Jolla Christmas Parade December 4, 2011 Starts at Girard Avenue and Kline Street The parade & festival head down Girard, west on Prospect and concludes at Draper at the La Jolla Recreation Center, where a family-friendly festival will feature live music, a jump house and the annual Christmas tree lighting.
	Alpine Village Christmas Parade Of Lights And Snow Festival December 9, 2011 Parade starts at West Victoria Drive and travels along Alpine Blvd to 1347 Tavern Road, at the Alpine Community Town Center. Festival: Alpine Community Town Center With the foothills as a backdrop, the Annual Alpine Village Christmas Parade will kick off at 6:30pm at West Victoria Drive. Snow festival will have vendors and fun activities.
	Jaycees Christmas Parade December 10, 2011 Escondido, CA The Jaycees Annual Christmas Parade will start promptly at 9:30am. It will travel from Escondido High School to Grape Day Park. About 20 floats will participate, along with marching bands, baton twirlers, antique fire trucks, the Grand Marshall and much more.
	Mission Bay Christmas Boat Parade of Lights December 10, 2011 Mission Bay, San Diego, CA More than 60,000 people are expected at San Diego’s Mission Bay Park for the annual Mission Bay Christmas Parade of Lights followed with a fantastic firework display at 9pm. Over 100 vessels are expected in the parade this year.
	Oceanside Harbor Parade of Lights December 10, 2011 Oceanside Harbor Boats of all sizes, decorated in holiday lights and ornaments circle Oceanside Harbor while onlookers watch from beach, Oceanside Harbor, restaurants and boats. It's also a great time to party, have a beach fire and celebrate.

	San Diego Bay Parade of Lights December 11, 2011 December 18, 2011 (two consecutive Sundays) San Diego, CA The San Diego Bay Parade of Lights kicks off with fireworks at 5:30pm, followed by the parade. With more than 80,000 spectators expected, the San Diego Bay Parade of Lights features boats decorated for the holiday season.
	Port of San Diego Big Bay Balloon Parade December 28, 2011 Downtown San Diego As always, this exciting family event brings together world-class marching bands, magnificent floats, entertaining drill teams, and a procession of enormous balloons-more than any other parade! Over 100,000 street-side spectators will enjoy the parade along with a nationwide television audience.
