	Pumpkin Station September 30 - October 31, 2011 Del Mar Fairgrounds - East parking lot Pumpkin Station offers a wide variety of gourds, squashes, Indian corn, and pumpkins. Admission is free, but tickets are sold for rides. Ideal for children aged 3 to 13; Includes pumpkins, and several children's rides, slides and jumps.
	The Scream Zone - Del Mar September 30 - Oct. 31, 2011 Del Mar Fairgrounds The Del Mar Scream Zone has moved to one of the creepiest parts of the Del Mar Scaregrounds, the Green Lot on the far west side near the training track. Enter through the Solana Gate, off Via de la Valle between the Coast Highway and Jimmy Durante Blvd.
	Trick or Treat in Carlsbad Village October 29, 2011 Locations throughout the Village, primarily on State Street and Oak Avenue Get ready for a spooktacular time at the city’s second annual Halloween on Elm (did you know Carlsbad Village Drive used to be called Elm Avenue?), Saturday, Oct. 29, 2 to 7 p.m., in locations throughout the Village, primarily on State Street and Oak Avenue.
	Escondido Halloween Carnival October 29, 2011 Grape Day Park The festivities will include carnival games, art projects and face painting, a costume contest (all ages, different divisions), a bounce house, a haunted house, art, music, food, and more. Attendance is free.
	Trick-or-Treat on India Street October 31, 2011 Corner of India & Fir Streets, Little Italy Bring the Little Ghouls and Goblins down to San Diego’s Little Italy for a family-fun and safe trick-or-treating experience. Pick-up your map of participating businesses at the Piazza Basilone (India & Fir Streets) and have you bags filled with candy. Be sure to be back at 7:00pm for the Costume Parade; that will be held in the Piazza Basilone. No prizes will be given…all of our Little Italy Ghouls and Goblins are winners! See you there.
	Downtown Coronado Goes Ghostly October 31, 2011 Orange Ave, Coronado, CA Trick or Treating in Coronado's Downtown: An Annual Tradition. Generous merchants will be handing out treats to costumed children. There will be a Ghostly Goodies Give-Away of a $5 Coronado Currency Gift Certificate to 15 lucky children who drop off their completed coupon in the MainStreet cauldrom located in Rotary Plaza.
	Encinitas Safe Trick or Treat on Pumpkin Lane October 31, 2011 Coast Hwy 101, Encinitas, CA Hwy 101 will be converted into a save trick or treating zone with participating local businesses. Pumpkin Lane features fantastic, carved pumpkins at four different viewing locations.
