The San Diego Pet Expo will feature seminars on the health, care and well-being of your pet, pet fashion shows, celebrity guests and expert speakers. Our line-up is being added to daily, so check back often to see who will be there.
The event takes place at the
Del Mar Fairgrounds, a short distance from
Del Mar's Downtown Village.

The famous Las Vegas show features everything from Eagles to Macaws, Falcons to Cranes, Cockatoos to Storks, Owls to Pigeons, Parrots to Ravens, and even a 10 foot wingspan Condor.

- Cool Critters:
Come meet the odd and unusual pets that will be thrilling the audience at the Pasadena Pet Expo. See up close a Red Kangaroo, Kinkajou, Llama, Emperor Scorpian, Albino Burmese Python, Vietnamese Pot Bellied Pig, Madagascar Hissing Cockroach, Ting Tailed Coatimundi, African Crested Porcupine and other surprises.

All those in attendance will have the opportunity to meet Mr. Tyner and his golden eagle” Scout” personally and to purchase an autographed copy of his new book, “Healer of Angels.”
Pet Adoptions
If you are thinking about bringing the love and friendship of a pet into your home, then the best place to adopt is the San Diego Pet Expo. Hundreds of pets waiting for their new family to find them will be at the Pet Expo, and you can meet them all and find the "purr-fect" fit for you.
If you are looking for a new pet, most of the adoption groups will be happy to set up a meeting at a park or other area for your current pet and your possible new family member to get to know each other.
Other Matters: Due to several dog fights at the last Pet Expo, the Fairgrounds has determined that only dogs taking part in the Splash Dogs competition can attend the event (besides the pets up for adoption, of course).
