Del Mar Concours d’Elegance will take place at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, a short distance from Del Mar Village.

The elegant car event begins on Sunday morning at 9:30am as the most prestigious and prized historic and classic automobiles will roll onto the grounds of the Del Mar Paddock to compete for one of the coveted awards. These automobiles are the best in their class and the best in the world. From Rolls Royce to Jaguars to classic Corvettes, their elegance and engineering will make this a motoring event of a lifetime.

Among the entrants participating in this event will be several winners from the renowned Concours d’Elegance held each year in Pebble Beach.

Rounding out the event will be the opportunity to shop from several of America’s finest independent artisans and designers who will feature one-of-a-kind jewelry, clothing and accessories to complement this one-of-a-kind event.

Now in its second year, producers of this event are very proud to extend this event over two days. Last year, the Del Mar Concours d’Elegance featured both automobiles and motorcycles. This year, Sunday will showcase automobiles only and on Saturday, a separate special event, entitled “ Celebration of the Motorcycle,” will showcase classic and vintage bikes. By separating these two genres, it allows these marvels of motordom to have their own day in the limelight. It also allows spectators a chance to truly enjoy these machines for their design and their place in history,

Proceeds from this event will go to benefit The San Diego Museum of Art.
