Food & Wine Event Highlights
On January 21 celebrate “Masters of Food and Wine”, a series of locally-inspired events, with Park Hyatt Aviara and partake in an educational tasting with Brandt Beef, a premium natural beef purveyor located in Brawley, California.
Guests will learn how to select proper cuts of beef, the distinction of USDA grading and the importance of sustainability in ranching. Park Hyatt Aviara masters event will include a cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a four-course dinner at their award-winning Argyle Steakhouse.
