TRIATHLON HIGHLIGHTS

Two courses from which to choose: An international course and a sprint course.

Both courses begin at Spanish Landing Park, near Harbor Island. Both courses are simple and scenic, designed for you, your family and friends.

International Course
This triathon consists of a 1K Swim, 30K Bike, and 10K Run. The swim takes place on the bayside of Spanish Landing Park. The bike course is along hilly terrain to Cabrillo National Monument and back. The run is along Harbor Island and the Embarcadero.

The Sprint Course
This triathlon consists of a .5K Swim, 20K Bike, and 6K Run. This race is an abbreviated version of the International Course.
