The Gaslamp Quarter Association is proud to host the annual Poinsettia Bowl Gaslamp March Sponsored by Westfield Horton Plaza. The marching bands from each of the competing schools in the San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl, the U.S. Naval Academy Midshipmen and the San Diego State University Aztecs, will be facing off in a musical showdown on Fifth Avenue just two days prior to the big game at Qualcomm Stadium.
This thrilling battle of the bands will have you riveted, so be sure to snag a spot on a fabulous Gaslamp patio and watch the commotion - the March begins promptly at 6:00PM, so plan ahead and get to the Gaslamp Quarter early! Parking will be free with validation* at Westfield Horton Plaza , and the event is free to view. Also, new for this year will be voting for your favorite team, with all proceeds going towards the Make A Wish Foundation.
