Good On You Charity 5K Run/Walk is a perfect "excuse" for you to get into costume and have fun. Join the Halloween costume 5K run/walk! Come out, have fun and learn about various charities and their volunteer opportunities.

Costumes are encouraged but, but not mandatory. You MUST ensure that the costume remains intact during the race. For the safety of our participants, pets, strollers, skates, skateboards, bikes and scooters are NOT allowed. No children under the age of 12. Prizes for best individual male/ female costume and best group costume. There will also be a raffle prize for those who participate in meeting the charities and learning about volunteer opportunities.

Race Day Schedule:
6:30-7:45 am Packet pick-up & race day registration (cash only)
7:45-8:00 am Opening ceremonies & runners line up
8:00 am 5K Run/Walk Commences (Runners line up at the front; walkers in the back)
8:30-11:00 am Finish line festivities, meet the charities, costume prizes and raffle prize awarded

NOTE: All participants must start at the 8:00am start time. The race course will officially close 1.5 hours after the race commences (i.e. around 9:30am). Please make sure you can finish within that time frame.
