Blue Ribbon Artisan Pizzeria takes great pride in preparing its specialty pizzas.

The pizza dough undergoes a 3 day fermentation process, and Is then fired in a true wood burning oven. The fennel sausage is house-made from sustainable Berkshire Pork. The Mozzarella is hand-stretched daily in house. Produce is organic from local farms.
