North Mission Bay
North Mission Bay is bordered on the north by Pacific Beach. This area is predominantly residential, with beautiful, expensive homes and condos. (map)
The retail district is north along Ingraham Street. North Mission Bay consists of Sail Bay on the west and Fiesta Bay on the east, with Crown Point in the center.
Crown Point Shores Park, located along Crown Point Drive, is the only park on North Mission Bay. The Kendall-Frost Mission Bay Marsh Reserve and Northern Wildlife Preserve are located next to the park. A Bike/Walk/Skate Path extends continuously from the reserve eastward to Mission Point in South Mission Beach.

A picnic shelter, picnic tables, barbeque grills, fire rings, and a small tot lot nearby. Wide beach with fire rings on south end.

Campland RV Resort
Campland on the Bay includes a marina with 124 slips, a boat launch and a store. The campground rents pedal boats, kayaks, catamarans, pontoon boats, wave runners, aqua cycles, and a ski boat.
