The Loft at UC San Diego is a new performance lounge in the Price Center East. Venues include rock n’ roll, interactive film events, late nigh DJs, underground comedy acts, global pop and more.

The new lounge caters to all six college communities. UCSD students, by and large, oversee the management, programming, promotions, and other happenings.

The Loft also offers interactive activities, such as iTunes jukebox music-sharing, journal entries in The Loft journals, and photo uploads in the visual arts display.

The interior space is set in mid-century hip, with understated architecture, sculptural lighting fixtures, modern bench seating, and plush ottomans.

Enjoy lunch and evening bites and beverages at Zanzibar at the Loft, including Mediterranean Mezze Platter, Bombay Turkey Sliders, Turkey Bacon and more, and a great selection of wines and beers. Social Hours take place Monday through Friday, from 4pm to 6:30pm.
