Located in Vista's theatre district, The Broadway Theater puts on seven adult productions throughout the year in the intimate 49-seat auditorium. Each show runs four to six weeks. Ticket prices are inexpensive. There's a raffle for prize before the performance. Patrons are treated to free cookies and coffee during intermission. After each show, cast members line up outside the door to thank patrons for attending.

The Broadway also runs workshops, drama camps, and a talent showcase. The Off-Broadway Theatre, a sister theatre, puts on children's productions and workshops most of the year.
