Park Highlights
Mildred MacPherson Park is a block-long grassy park with a small children's playground, half basketball court, picnic tables and scenic ocean vew. The park has nice landscaping along the parimeters, five access points, and a few trees here and there. There is no parking lot or restrooms.
The park is above street level, so the surroundings are relatively quiet, unless kids get noisy.
Mildred MacPherson Park is located on Vulcan Ave. just across the railroad tracks from Coast Hwy 101 and downtown Encinitas.
