PARK HIGHLIGHTS
Dunes Park is a small grassy park south of Pier Plaza and Imperial Beach Pier. The park is next to Imperial Beach beach, and has a playground and band stand.
The park is sometimes host to music festivals and concerts during the summer. During the US Imperial Beach Sandcastle Competition in August, people congregate in the park for musical entertainment.

PARK PERMITS
A permit is needed for gatherings of 25 or more. For a permit, submit an application 30 days before the event. Some fees may be required.
