Campground Highlights

The Surf N Turf RV Park is located just blocks from the beach and across the street from the Del Mar Fairgrounds and the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club. The park is within walking distance to a few restaurants and a mini mart is across the road.

The RV campground can accommodate RVs up to 40 feet in length and offers daily, weekly and monthly rates. The park is open to the public from late September through May but is reserved during the summer months for the Del Mar Fair and Thoroughbred Club.

RVs and campers line up perpendicular to the drive throughs. There are no dividers or barriers between the units, but enough space to park a vehicle or set up a picnic table and some chairs.

Medium and tall trees throughout the park provide shade and an added dimension of nature.

The Surf N Turf RV Park is clean and has a surprisingly quiet atmosphere considering how close it is to the freeway. The roads in the park are gravel which minimizes dust.

The RV park is located in a recreational area, which includes the Del Mar Golf Center, Pelly's Mini Golf, Fairgrounds Volleyball Center, Noonan Family Swim Center and the Surf and Turf Tennis Club.
