You can enjoy theatre at Onstage Playhouse, see some local history at the Chula Vistas Heritage Museum, as well as visit a wide variety of shops, services, entertainment, and restaurants with history and charm.

Third Avenue Village comes further alive during special events throughout the year, including the Chula Vista Farmers' Market, each Thursday. Village Vibes Concert Series takes place at Memorial Bowl each Wednesday in July and August.
