Operating on San Diego Bay since 1915, San Diego Harbor Excursion has harbor tours, ferry and water taxi transportation, whale watching excursions guided by Birch Aquarium naturalists, fabulous gourmet prepared dinner and brunch cruises, yacht and boat charters and fairy tale weddings.

The latest addition to the long list of San Diego Harbor Excursion cruises is the Coronado Island Nature Cruise, a 5 1/2 hr guided nature tour to the Los Coronados Islands, where you can see whales (hopefully), dolphins, harbor seals, sea lions, sea birds and more.
