Located on the west side of Dana Basin, The Dana Inn Marina is part of The Dana Inn Resort. Dana Inn Marina shares Dana Basin with Dana Landing Marina, located on the east side of the Dana Basin. The Dana Inn Marina is small and tranquil. Adventure Water Sports rents boats, kayaks, bikes, peddle boats and Wave Runners and offers waker ski and wakeboard lessons.

A bike & walking path passes by The Dana Inn Marina, extending from the Ingraham Street Bridge to the Hyatt Regency.

At the east end of The Dana Inn Marina is a public boat launch and boat loading dock, which separates the two marinas.

Nearby is Dana Landing Market and Fuel Dock, a newly renovated 4,000 sq. ft. market, deli and tackle shop located at Dana Landing Marina.
