BEACHES & SHORELINE PARKS
Bonita Cove Park
Bonita Cove Park is located near South Mission Beach on West Mission Bay Drive. Bonita Cove Park is a large, grassy area with a sandy beach, along the entire park. The park has a large playground with a tot lot and there is access to the water with a lifeguard on duty. Fire rings, picnic tables, and barbeque grills are also located at Bonita Cove Park

Mariners Point Park
Mariner’s Point is a large sandy peninsula off of Bonita Cove on West San Diego Mission Bay. The tip of Mariner’s Point is a Least Tern nesting area and park users must be at least 500 feet away from this protected area. Mariner’s Point has a picnic shelter and restrooms available. Cars can park along the eastern side of Mariners Point Park.
