Mission Bay Attractions

San Diego Mission Bay is the largest man-made aquatic park in the country. It covers 4,235 acres, about 46 percent land and 54 percent water.

The land portion of Mission Bay is made up mainly of public parks, beaches with fire rings, pathways, resorts, landings, marinas, and recreation, aquatic, and water sports centers, and SeaWorld.

The list goes on and on of Mission Bay activities: Watersports, picnicking, camp fire, walking, jogging, rollerblading, bike riding, eating, camping and kicking back. There are places where you can fly a model airplane or race a model yacht.

Sea World San Diego Amusement
SeaWorld San Diego is a world-renown water park on the south side of the bay.
Campland on the Bay Campgrounds
Campland on the Bay and Mission Bay RV Resort are located on the northeast side of the bay.
Sea World Marina Marinas
Several marinas are located on the south side of Mission Bay.
Mission Bay Park Parks
Mission Bay Park has several grassy parks that surround most of the bay.

Watersports

Rent a boat or jet ski, take boating classes, go on a kayaak adventure.
Mission Bay Visitors Center Visitors Center
Mission Bay Visitors Center is located on East Mission Bay, between De Anza Cove and Playa Park.
Marina Village Conference Center Other
